id like to get her the things she will need to fill in the holes in her registry. i was thinking snappys some cjs, an extra travel wetbag or two, wipes, case for wipes, and some wipe solution. anything else?

also, has anyone used cottonbabies pf on newborns? the sizes seem big to me, but ive only ever used gmd.

$1.00 - Preemie 2x6x2 ply 9.5" x 13" (4-8 lbs).
$1.50 - Infant 4x8x4 ply 12" x 16" (7 to 15 lbs.)
$1.75 - Regular 4x6x4 ply 14.5" x 21" (15-30 lbs.)

maybe some newborn AIOs for the diaper bag? I know the one size won't fit right away and it would be nice to have something other than prefolds for out and about. =]

She might find she needs a pail liner, I saw the wetbag, but I ended up prefering a pail liner.

The list sounds really good to me. Only thing I can think of that would be "nice" would be a diaper sprayer! I think the CJ's is a good idea to include. Maybe some fleece liners, hemp liners (like babykicks or something) or a disana wool cover for night-time.

I really like to use cloth wipes as well... then i don't have to separate the disposable wipes and diapers... I can just throw it all in the wash together! So maybe some cloth wipes would be a nice addition.

anyone else? will the cb prefolds work well for a newborn?

The CB prefolds are the standard size. I haven't yet diapered a newborn, but hose were the sizes that people used before places like GMD came out with their different sizes.
