Those whos kids can't use fleece or other synthetics for stay dry barrier due to sensitivities were you able to use the malden mills fleece?

For a cover, yes! It's much more breathable than PUL but doesn't touch the skin. Honestly I think it has something to do with pee-soaked fleece right up against my DDs skin that makes her break out. If it's outside the diaper it's fine. Sorry if you meant as a liner and I'm way off :)

I meant for it lining a pul AI2 cover. The only place it would touch the skin is on the legs and waist.

Why would MM fleece be different than other fleeces in terms of your LOs sensitivity?

Have you tried going cover-less or using a breathable cover, to see if your LO needs more air to the diaper area rather than a non-synthetic inner?
