I was hanging up my diapers this morning & look what I found! one fuzzi bunz is totally ripped all through the PUL. I have no idea what caused this I bought them from a children's boutique new, I never use bleach and always hang out to dry. I do the same wash cycle-cold rinse hot wash w/ruby moon and another cold rinse sometimes like once a month with a tiny bit of white vinegar.It looks like melted saran wrap. The first 2 photos are of the ripped one the 3rd is another Fuzzi bunz I bought with the ripped one that the pul looks and feels cheap like paper thin & off of the fabric :headscratch: These diapers are only a few months old! None of my other diapers have this problem & I've never had this happen before Grrrrr... I'm so mad. I feel like i've had a diaper casualty now :( I don't know if Fuzzi bunz will cover this because they were not bought from a diaper shop,just a boutique where they get bulk bundles in of all different items.

The PUL delaminated. If you truly only line dry and it was a defect in the diaper. Find your receipt/credit card statement or some proof of purchase and call the company for a replacement

That PUL is delaminated. Looking at their warranty, looks like you should be covered.

Yep, a few of mine have delaminated like that in the past. They should replace them for you. :thumbsup:

Their customer service has gone down hill; communication is very, very slow and somewhat rude. That said, when they replaced an under warranty diaper for me recently they just asked for the name of the store, no copy of an invoice.

It took 7 weeks from the time I opened the claim on their site to the time they agreed to send me a replacement. Two weeks after that, I got it. So don't expect it to be a quick and easy thing.

They tried everything they possibly could to get me to say that I either don't know how to put on a diaper, or don't know how to wash diapers. I had to get a bit rude (firm?) back with them.

Yup I had a diaper delaminate after the initial wash... so disappointing. FB is great so you are covered! (Well the used to be :( )

You should call them, they'll send you a replacement. That is very rare for a FB, but you cant keep out all defects..

just wanted to say that that is an old color, blueberry I think, which is still floating around in some store, but if you don't have a receipt you may have an issue there as it was discontinued about a year ago so they may say it is old. :hugs: they have always been very good to my customers so I am sure you can expect the same...hopefully.

Okay thanks! Im going to try to dig up a receipt :(

Good luck getting a replacement, mama! I've had issues with their customer service recently, too. They will eventually send a replacement, but I had to jump through hoops.
