I'm feeling stumped and need a new project for this week. I ought to finish my Coral Skirty this afternoon on the commute home.

Any suggestions for a must-knit project?

dude... I'd totally consider it. My kids barely touched last year's sweaters. They're out of longies, dont' need knit toys... ARGH!!! I have a 1.5 hr commute in a van and nothing to keep my hands busy. I wanted to get into sock knitting but find that I'm too particular about fit to be satisfied with my handknit socks. Sigh.

I know what you mean! On all aspects of your post. :(

I can't decide what to knit either. I'm going crazy. I finished the soakers, and I need to knit some more shorties, but I need to knit something different. I get so bored if I knit the same thing over and over.

I dyed yesterday! It was so much fun to take a break from sewing and knitting and just play! I did 3 different colorways and 1 trim skein. Not feeling the color that I chose for trim now that they are drying, so I think I will do another tonight.

Right now I am sewing, sewing, sewing! Will get pics later! I am really loving one of them!

I was at a loss for what to knit too, after finishing this:

That cleared my customs list, and I finished my shorties for this week's stocking, so now what? So I cast on another of that same cardi, this time for ME. :yay: My yarn isn't as nice but it'll be pretty anyway. :)

I love love love the horse and the unicorn. I know a certain 6-year-old girl who would kill for either of them. :giggle:

Those are so gorgeous! I love that colorway!

I finally had a chance to co my ds's Aloha Kahne shorties...by just co I have not even joined the round yet! :giggle2:

I did finally get some projects finished up. One item needed buttons, another an i-cord, another finishing sleeve holes with sc. So now I'm "caught up". But I have a lot of things I want to do. I'm already thinking of projects for my nieces for Christmas. Does anyone have a favorite poncho or shrug pattern for some pre-teens?
