Newbie with abbreviation question
 
I have a question about the abbreviation "PPD" I looked on the list of abbreviations and saw it means, "Postage Paid" is that correct? If it is, does it mean the seller pays for postage or the buyer?

It means Postage Paid Domestic and the shipping is included in the price of the item.
