Best Natural Birthing books?

Hi mamas,

I'm 11 weeks away from labour with my third...I am looking for some great books on natural child birth.

My firth two labors were all natural, but all hell!!! I know it will be painful, but I really want to prepare mentally and do the best relaxation drill possible to just allow the baby to come :)
suggestions please!

Ina May Gaskins, hands down! I've read a ton of birthing books, and her Guide to Childbirth was by far the most helpful. The birth stories in the beginning were great. Another good one is Childbirth Without Fear, by Grantly ****-Reed.

For relaxing during labor, I also loved Ina May's Guide to Childbirth.... and also Natural Childbirth the Bradley Way, if your significant other is ready/willing to coach you. I feel ready for my delivery in 7 weeks because of these two books!

Have you considered Hypnobabies?

I read hypno babies...and really tried hard to follow it. Worked until about 6 hours in and I think I went into shock...but it was good.

I found Ina May's boo on Craigslist for $5 - pretty pumped about a great book and saving $12. Yep, I'm a dork :-)

Thanks Mamas!
