Nystatin didn't work for us and the violet stuff just scared me. Believe it or not, the grapefruit seed extract did the trick. You can look up concentration. I think it was 10 drops in 250ml of distilled water. I would rinse my nipples and wipe DS tongue with it before and after each nursing session.

After suffering for months and taking tons of Rx drugs, I took Candex and a daily probiotic blend. Cleared in two weeks.

I did also wash all my bras and breastpads with vinegar and GSE.

only thing that worked for us was gentian violet. If I ever have it again, I'll use that first. Also, bleach everything that comes in contact with your baby's mouth and bum and your breasts and milk.
