Tried it tonight, know the benefits, need a decent recipe. Only DH doesn't like onions, peppers, or mushrooms.
I soaked in vinegar and pan "fried" with garlic. Didn't care for the taste or texture but it was edible. I have some freezing and am going to try raw in smoothies in 14 days.
But... I'd really like to make this a part of our regular diet because of all the great things I've read so someone please give me a recipe!
