A few questions about selling on Spots!
I'm a Spots rookie and I find the website a little confusing to navigate :hide:
I listed a boatload of dipes on there last night and it's going well - I've sold a TON last night and today! Last night I had 2 people buy 2 different lots and wanted me to send them a combined invoice, which I did. I don't really understand why it's important because the items were all PPD but hey. I have not received payment from either buyer though. How long is customary to wait before re-listing the item? Don't get me wrong - I realize that it hasn't even been 24 hours yet, but normally it's immediate payment required, right? Just wondering how long I should wait. :) Thanks! |
Re: A few questions about selling on Spots!
well, on ebay they have 4 days to pay before you can file a non-paying buyer claim...then they have another 4 before the claim is closed. So I would give your buyers at least 48 hours...if you want it sooner, add it to your future listings that payment has to be received within 24 hours or whatever timeframe you decide

Re: A few questions about selling on Spots!
Ya know, I'd probably just send a friendly e-mail. I've heard of people accidentally buying on there and not realizing it was a "buy it now" or their child got on the computer and hit it. You just never know.
