how to edit feedback

pls help me w/ this. how do I do it? and can I change the text as well as the overall rating?

I don't believe feedback can be changed. Never leave it unless the transaction is 100% done.
If you left neutral or negative feedback on accident though, you can PM a mod to remove it.

yes...pm a team-member (admin specifically have power to do this) and they will decide if it can/should be changed
