What is your favorite newborn cover?

I remember loving thirsties. What is your favorite cover for a newbie?

Also I totally forget what amount would be a good stash of NB Prefolds and infant prefolds?

Thirsties are fine but they swallowed my DS in nb PFs for a long time (they worked well w/fitteds). Most of stash was PFs, though and we loved Proraps! They are no-frills and cheap and they worked really, really well. I hated our Bummis Super Whisper Wraps.

Oh, and we had 24 nb PFs and 12 infant PFs. We had 6 fitteds and 6 AIOs too for the nb phase. And DS fit in his OS diapers by about 12 lbs so the infant PFs were overkill but have been worth their weight in gold. (We used them forever as laundry day stash or whenever I had the urge to use PFs. We also have used them to stuff pockets.) Our Diaper Rite PFs are my favorites!

Last time around, I loved our proraps and dappi pullons. I have branched out a bit this time; but won't know for about 5 wks how I like everything.

I have 1 doz preemie, 1 doz nb, 2 doz infant pfs...aside from preemie, mine are imagine smartfits, which I love! I also have some aios and fitteds.

I don't like stiff covers, so don't like most of the bummis, but I did get a few super lites to try and really like the feel of them...
