Swaddlebees Snaps
 

So I have bought a few swaddlebees simplex mediums used and twice now I have had a snap break when opening the diaper. Anyone else experience this? Since I bought them used there is no warranty but I love these diapers. Is this normal?

I have had a brand new one pop off. It isn't normal especially for these diapers, they are very high quality. Do you have or know someone that has a snap press. It's really easy to fix the snaps yourself, still a bummer that you even have too.

Swaddlebees had a wonky snap press and this is a common issue. You can replace it fairly easily with a snap press. Even without there being a warranty I bet if you call them they may be able to do something for you, they know it's an issue.

Out of the 12 Blueberry covers I have had I had the very center of one snap crack, and they sent me a new cover immediately. Love Swaddlebees/Blueberry!

Yup, I had this happen with a monkey print simplex os. They were great about fixing it. Said there had been an issue with a certain batch of snaps.

hasn't happened to me yet and not with my customers that I know of (at least not that they've tole me!)

I've had one snap come funky but I sent it to them and they are replacing it (I bought it new)
