Like new. I bought it off the swap months ago and never used it. When I bought it, I was told it had just been cleaned and lanolized. It hasn't been used by us but we have had it for a while now, so it may need to be lanolized again (I'm not really familiar with wool or how often that needs to be done).

Is this at all felted or would it fit 12-24 mos like the medium is supposed to?

Starbeam, I have no idea. I'm not familiar with wool. I bought this a few months back to try it out but never actually got the courage to do so. lol

My daughter is 16 months and about 21 lbs and 29 1/2 in tall. Would it help if I tried it on her and took a picture so you can see how it fits?

I haven't done anything to it since I've had it but I did buy it on the swap so not sure if the previous owner felted it at all. All she told me was they'd only used it a couple times and had just washed and lanolized it before selling it to me. I have literally done nothing to it. It's just been sitting in a drawer for a few months.
