Water birth mamas, can you recommend a pool for me?

We are starting to plan for this baby's and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good pool/tub to me? My midwives with DD had an aquadoula tub which was nice but I can't see paying $250 to rent one. Any recommendations are appreciated! Thanks! :goodvibes:

you can get a cheap inflatable pool and it will work just as well as an expensive pool provided it's deep enough and has inflatable bottom. i have a labassine and i didnt even use the handles for anything.

something like this would be fine http://www.amazon.com/Swim-Center-Oc...ean+reef++pool

I used the labassine too and liked it. I know a lot of mamas use the "fishy pool" off Amazon.

I used a kiddie pool for 8 of our 9 waterbirths. W/ one I used garden tub, hated it.

I had the La Bassine with my first and the fishy pool the second time. I they were both great. I would not spend the extra for the La Bassine if I get pregnant again.

This is the one most moms use (a lot of the reviews are from home birth mamas) http://www.amazon.com/Swim-Center-Oc...pr_product_top and you can even find some photos on google of mom's birthing in it.

I bought this one http://www.walmart.com/ip/My-Sunshin..._fb_revshr_001 and it really is much too large. We have it set up waiting for this LO's arrival and it's huge. I only paid $10 at the beginning of summer for it, so I just figure oh well.

Thanks ladies! I am thinking we'll go with the fishy pool off everythingbirth.com I can't seem to find it (or one like it even) for less than $40 but that isn't so awful I suppose. Thanks again for all your recommendations!
