Interested in the fleece! Is it cotton fleece? I'm ISO fleece for diapers, and I heard that polar fleece is the wrong kind to get...

It really depends. Polar fleece can be great, as can other polyester fleeces, for the wicking or waterproof layers. You still need an absorbent layer like cotton though.

I was actually hoping to attempt some hybrid fitteds, so I would definitely still use another fabric. I'm cutting up some flannel blankets, and hoping to snatch some of this fabric up!
