I just purchased something on spots, and the listing stated (c & p directly from):
PPD to continental US Please select priority for shipping to Canada.
Yeah, well when I tried to pay it automatically added the $3.00 (I'm assuming because there was no 0.00 option??)
I emailed the seller but she just apologized and told me to go ahead and send paypal?
Maybe she didn't really understand what PPD means?
I'm not willing to pay the amount of the item PLUS shipping (the item itself is only 5.00).
My question is, if I don't pay can she leave me negative feedback? Or maybe she just doesn't know how to change the shipping after the fact? (I've purchased, but not paid).

The seller probably didnt know that you have to put 0.01 for first class (you cant leave it 0.00 as it wont let you). When I had this happen to me I paid and then emailed the seller for a refund and she gave it. I would at least email the seller and tell them why you are not paying as she can give negative feedback for not paying.
