what weight would you say these would fit? and how much black PUL for both? I only have a yard, wanting to try these but dont have alot of $

They should fit 25-35 at least. My daughter is 21 pounds and still loose to wear. I would want at least 3 yrds or equal trade value. I am open to other fabrics as well. I am sort of an addict with sewing in general. Pm if I don't respond timely.
