Make It Fast, Cook It Slow (Crockpot cookbook). Favorite recipe is Chicken Makhani, but we've hardly ever had a dud. (The lemon chicken was a failure, tho.)

Not a cookbook per se, but Clean Eating magazines! I haven't yet given up on my love for cooking something new and different for dinner most of the time...

Re: Name your Favorite Cookbook

1lb ground beef
1 med. Onion chopped
2-4 cloves garlic minced
4C cooked tomatoes
6oz tomato paste
1/2 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1C lentils
Brown beef w onion & garlic in skillet, drain. Add remaining ingredients & mix. Simmer 1 hour or until lentils are tender. Serve on cooked brown rice or buns. I often add extra liquid. Have also made this as a freezer meal &/or in the crockpot & it turns out great. We like it with sour cream & shredded cheese & cornbread on the side. My kids love this!
