looking for a VERY easy newbie fitted diaper pattern
 

I am a beginner to sewing and am (really) eager to try my first fitted diaper, though I might be a bit crazy to try that out so soon!:mrgreen:

Do any of you have a link or free pattern/blog tutorial/youtube video etc of one you found especially simple or good for a beginner? I am going to need every step and pic possible to figure it out since I haven't done anything like this (esp the elastic leg part I'm guessing!)

I am probably going to try to make it out of bamboo and cotton. That's if all goes well.. haha :goodvibes:

My sewing has consisted of just following tutorial blogs online so far (hats, bibs, blankets). So I am not quite sure where to begin with this, thanks for any help!!

I like Darling Diapers Free Newborn Pattern.
All though the rita rump pocket is the easiest, Ive ever done, its a snapless onesize.

I learned a lot about seeing them watching the YouTube videos. Helped my wrap my brain around all the steps

and anyone have any covers that they love?

I always wonder when looking at patterns if there are some that perform better than others? Just like some brands perform better than others? What should I be looking for?

I love Sew Cheeky's tutorials for sewing projects. She makes them seem very easy which gives me the confidence to keep going! I was afraid to try my first fitted, but I just went for it and now I am hooked!
