She even requested my PP saying it did not go through on her phone. It has been a long time and no payment, I am thinking I should leave negative feedback.

I have always read the rule is: no feedback unless $$ changes hands :)

spots is different then DS. I would leave feedback as a non paying buyer

I would leave negative and then she always has the chance to respond and you can adjust feedback if needed at that point.

Did you contact her already? If she's sending pp through her phone app it could be not working. The pp app js useless IMO. I never use it after having several incidents like this where it doesn't actually send my payment.

It is always amazing to me after sending several emails - all it takes is a negative and your email suddenly gets through. LOL

That said who knows - I have pneumonia this week and I've been behind with everything. Life stuff happens - but if there is a reason for no communication you can always adjust feedback on SPOTS.
