New member/barely any posts? Safe???

I have someone interested in something I'm selling who joined today & has 2 posts. Um, is it me being too cautious to add insurance to this package in addition to the DC#? If she's interested, should I require signature confirmation? I'm thinking so...

I bought my first thing from someone on here on my first or 2nd day I joined. Some people find this place while they are looking for deals. It's up to you if you want the added insurance, but I guess as someone who purchased something on day one I am not as quick to place a negative judgement on someone with no history.

If paid and shipped by paypal, they should provide seller protection. Its up to you. Sometimes you just have to go with your gut. Newbies aren't all bad :).

I first joined to help build my stash. As long as everything is through paypal it should be fine. you can always ask if she has feedback elsewhere.

I just sold some stuff to newbies....it went smoothly...I think if all the paypal stuff is in order you should be fine...but of course no matter how new or old they are, if it is a large purchase - get insurance

I don't automatically think negative of newbies. We all were at one point. You are covered through PP as long as you have DC.
