Disana wool leggings

I love our very felted disana wool soaker & was thinking of trying their leggings for winter. (my son just wears wool overnight with a fleece pocket fitted under)

Reviews have said the run large. Anyone have experience with that? I know the soaker we have is a 4-5T & it was huge until I felted it to where we wanted it. I want to felt the leggings too so would it be best to get the 4-5T again? (I just think the felting makes them that much more bullet proof & soft :)

Anyone know the best place to order them?

I found this website & the prices are great!

Thanks mamas for your help!

Don't know the answer, but I'm bumping because I'm curious too!

I love mine, they're simple and cute. We get a lot of compliments on them. Based on sm/med/lrg ect, I think they run large, but if you go by measurements they're right on. I have the xsmall for my 3 month old and they fit really well cuffed. The only con is that they get a little stretched with time.

Do they work as a cover at all or are they more like really warm long johns? I was thinking of ordering some too.

I love the Disana leggings. They do run big but if you felt them, they are then pretty true to size and then they are also great in lieu of a cover. As is, I would only use them as warm leggings or maybe as longies but only if you are changing very frequently or have a light wetter.

Can they be used instead of a cover? Or not thick enough?

If you don't felt them first, they don't make a great cover. As is, they are kind of thin and the knit is kind of loose. They would probably be OK for daytime use if you have a light wetter or change frequently.

If you put them through the wash on cold cycle for a couple of washes they will felt lightly but not get stiff. I think they are more true to size with a light felting. They work pretty decently as a daytime cover with the light felting too. We love them! Especially in brown or navy because I don't have to worry about my son trashing them with anything as they're too dark to show stains. :giggle:

Little spruce organics has a discount code for 10$ off an order of 40$ I believe. Autumn10 is the code.

We only use wool at night so I am hoping these will work. His fleece pocket fitteds work great & usually are just very slightly damp on the outside in the morning. So these should work right?
Thanks for the discount code!
