Cookies
I just baked from scratch several dozen cookies and individually wrapped them to send to my brother overseas.
I never want to see another cookie for the rest of my life. Who am I kidding? I'll be making more in a few weeks to send! |
Lol The things we do for family. Love cookies!!
Alisha I know how to spell my Samsung Galaxy S2 does not. |
Re: Cookies
Yum cookies, we made Halloween cookies today! I am sure your bro will really appreciate them! :)

Re: Cookies
Yummy cookies! We got "boo-ed" tonight so I'm enjoying some I didn't even have to make.http://www.beenbooed.com/ However, in sticking with tradition I will be making some tomorrow to "boo" someone else. Our whole neighborhood does this every year.

That's so thoughtful, now I want to do the same for my brother in Korea. I'm always worried about them tasting stale by the time they arrive. I had a bad experience years ago when my mom sent me some cookies (in the states) and the taste truly suffered from the trip. I like your idea of individually wrapping them. I'm inspired! |

Anyone have any tips for making sure they stay fresh if they could be in the mail for potentially a week or more? :goodvibes: |

My husband has deployed 6X and my brother twice, I'm a pro at this. I've mailed cookies that take two or three weeks and they are fine. :) |
