Pros & cons of "minky" diapers

I've wanted to try out minky is diapers for a while now & always go to purchase and at the last minute change my mind and I don't go through with it... Give me opinions please! Are they really good? Yay or nay

I love minky diapers- I'm all for soft and cozy stuff. Lol. That would be the pro. The con would be, I find they can wick if super soaked.

Meh. LO can go coverless in a minky fitted and my nighttime minky diapers are drier than the non-minky in the morning, but I think it holds stink. I might just be me.

My inserts not seem to hold as much as my other mf inserts or my gren edged prefolds. Is this just me? Not sure. Pro is softness I suppose.

They are soooo soft! I have found them to be average in absorbency but haven't had them long enough to comment on stink.

What brands do you use? So alva suck?

I don't have a use for china cheapies as my bullet proof diapers. I like their prints and use them only for brief periods. If I know my guy can't be changed for several hours, they go in a reliable diaper (ime) like blueberry minky

I don't like that minky diapers take longer to dry.
