NFP question

Can you do NFP if you don't have a regular AF? I haven't had a regular AF since high school.

Yes, but I would imagine it would depend on what method you use (what signs you read and how). I would think the Creighton Model would be very good for you.

Creighton Model is ideal for a woman with irregular cycles. If you want more info on it, or help finding a local teacher then just let me know.

Is there a way to learn about this without having to go to classes? I'm in the middle of moving and don't have time for classes.

Re: NFP question

No, I'm afraid not. One of the big benefits of this method is the highly trained teachers who work closely with you (particularly in the beginning) to make sure you learn the method well and quickly. They also help you adapt it to the nuances of your cycle. After the introductory session, all classes are private so you can find a time that works best for you and the teacher. Many teachers (like myself) are also happy to teach via Skype or telephone so you can attend classes in the comfort of your living room.
