Anyone want to do a gm/cabbage soup diet-along?

I want to do this the first week of November to help give me a boost. My sister has done it before with great results and the weight stayed off until her eating habits got bad and she ate the weight back on. Anyone interested in doing it with me?

I'm interested. But I'm not sure about that first day. So you can't eat anything but fruits right?

Yes, just fruit and the soup.

So today I made cabbage soup, just to try and see if it would be something I could manage... The soup was pretty good. I was rather impressed by how good it tasted and one bowl really filled me up.
I made the ww zero point soup using vegetable stock (vegetarian) and because the idea of 4 packets of onion soup just didnt seem healthy. I dont know how much of a difference the soups make but ww says you can eat as much as you w an t.

You're only supposed to do it for one week:) I'm sure the soup does get old after a few days! My little sis did the diet and said she hated the soup so she just skipped it.
