I have found that you can troll the internet for days on end to find recipes, but nothing beats a hard copy cookbook. Organized by ingredients, or dishes, the feeling of browsing through one far exceededs finding a few recipes online, imo.
Check out the library. Check the net too, but don't leave out the cookbooks! Sent from my (not so)Smartphone using DS Forum |

I agree about the hard copy cookbooks. Blogs tend to be hit or miss with me.
Some of my favorite veggie cookbooks: The Vegetarian Meat and Potatoes Cookbook - Robin Robertson The Vegetarian Mother's Cookbook - Cathe Olson The Vegetarian Family Cookbook - Nava Atlas How It All Vegan! - Sarah Kramer & Tanya Barnard Moosewood Restaurant Cooks at Home Vegan with a Vengance - Isa Chandra Moskowitz |

Try the cookbook Color Me Vegan by Colleen Patrick Godreau.
It is excellent! |
Re: Strictly vegetarian families?
I love http://veggieconverter.com/ Her recipe for Ground Beef Substitute is amazing!
Kristi also writes the Vegetarian Menus for Once A Month Mom, definitely worth checking out :) |
