We r having taco bean soup tonite
Tommorow I am making pot roast in Dutch oven with carrots and potatoes.
Not sur about Saturday dinner.

Not sure yet. Not feeling very good, so I am not sure that I am going to make anything. It might be a "hubby, run to the store and grab whatever the kids want" night.

Meatloaf tonight. Tomorrow night pork roast. Not sure on Saturday as it's the hubs birthday. :)

Saute some diced onion and garlic in a little EVOO, add one pound ground beef and brown, drain grease, take mixture out of pan, add half a head of shredded cabbage into pan and cook until wilted and soft. Combine in a large bowl with meat/onion/garlic mixture and around two cups of tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into pie pans and top with pie crust. I either make one huge heaping pie, or two smaller pies. Depends on how big my head of cabbage was and how much I cook it down.
