Cycle question (m/c mentioned)
Going through/about to go through a miscarriage . I count the first day of bleeding as cd1 just like a period right? Also, if I'm going to use soy, should I wait until my next cycle and a real period? I am still not sure if I want to try right away or wait a while. This is still too fresh to think clearly, but I want to get my cycles on track and try to ensure I'm ovulating regardless of when we try.

Oh sh!t. I'm sorry. :hugs:

I agree with the other posters, too - I'm not sure about the soy, but 1st day of bleeding is CD1. :(

I am so sorry for your loss :( We lost what would have been our 4th baby in August at 8.5 weeks, though Dr thought baby had been gone for awhile. Completely blindsided me; was my first m/c. Do whatever you need to do to handle the short term situation however you want. There is no right way to handle this. I pray for peace for you, over time, and for a little rainbow to come your way when the time is right. ((hugs))

Oh no! I was in the June ddc with you, so sorry for your loss:hugs: I counted my first day of bleeding as cd1. I also think I Oed that cycle, and had my longest lp since getting af back. Was away during o though so didn't get to DDT. But, I am kind of happy I had that month to heal. :hugs: again, mama.

I don't have anything helpful to add, but I wanted to tell you how sorry I am! I hope that this passes quickly enough for you, and I'll be praying for you tonight!
