11/13- 4.83 mile run (42:43) and 65 minutes of lifting (legs and shoulders)

I stayed up this morning after baby nursed and went back to sleep - I did 3 circuits of squats, bench presses, chest flys, bent over rows and planks! then later I took both kids out in the double jogger and rollerbladed to the park - about 15-20 minutes each way =)

My hope is to do some cardio and some weight resistance each day!

11/13- 4.83 mile run (42:43) and 65 minutes of lifting (legs and shoulders)

11/14- 5.69 mile run (50:09)

Oops! Posted on the old thread by mistake since I didn't workout yesterday!

11/13: Rest day (Wasn't supposed to be but I was too tired)
11/14: Workout 6 of JM's body revolution. Cardio 1. I HATE cardio! :giggle: LOVE it when it's over though!

So that means Week 1 of the 3 month program is done!! :yay:

I am on week 12 of a 14 week Beginner Run Half Marathon Training Plan

11/12: 4.17 miles (45 mins)
11/13: ARC elliptical (40 mins.)
11/14: 5.4 miles (50 minutes)
