Snaps really hard to use on os simplex?
 

I just got two os simplex and the snaps are crazy hard to undo. Is this normal? My larges don't seem so hard to unsnap so not sure if its just a os thing or new print thing?

I haven't had any problems with mine, but I bought mine (new) about a year or so ago. If it's really difficult, email Swaddlebees. Their customer service is excellent and very helpful (in my experience).

I haven't had that problem with mine. I agree that you should email Swaddlebees if it's interfering with your ability to use the diaper.

I've had issues with the snaps on the OS Simplex. I recieved a few as baby shower gifts and the snaps either fell off in the first wash cycle or in a subsequent wash. The process to get them replaced was a HUGE pain. They wanted the store and invoice #. Since I didn't have that info they were reluctant to help me :/

Hey are not unusable or anything just really "tight" I guess would be the best way to describe it? I am ok with it but I could see gramma having a hard time snapping and unsnapping them that's for sure. Is swaddlebees and blueberry cs the same? I had horrible luck with blueberry cs in the past :(

SB/BB are the same company, so I would guess they would be the same CS people. I never had trouble with replacements (and they were seconds), but that was over 2 years ago.
