I'm 13wks pg and woke up to blood this morning and a couple of clots :( Off to the ER we go! I don't quite know how to feel.

Thanks everyone! We just got home and it is a miscarriage. I got sent home with the tablets to encourage the process. I'm okay with it all, I truly believe everything happens for a reason.
