For my 7 month old. He drinks out of regular cups and water bottles, but not straws. He is EBF but we are starting to introduce some foods, and water. We want a high quality, BPA, phthalate, and paraben free sippy cup that will last through the toddler stage. Any suggestions?

We have good luck with Playtex actually. Inexpensive but sturdy. My BF baby also liked Nuby.

We like the Nuby ones that are hourglass shaped.

Foogo converts from sippy to straw.

How did you like these?

My Dad is buying A her Tripp Trapp and wanted to pair it with a nice dish set, utensils, and sippy. I thought about mentioning this to him but saw reviews said it leaked terribly.

The only ones I have found (and we've tried A LOT in 3 years of feeding therapy) that do not leak are the Playtex insulated sippies. They are BPA free. Not sure about the rest. But you can drop them down the steps and they won't leak.

My Fogo leaked all over the place. I hated it and sold it.

Nuby my kids used the rubber ones as paint brushes. The solid plastic ones they threw and the tops came off. They also crack when you drop them full of milk off the high chair enough times.

we started with Nuby until my kids realized they could just press it into the ground and spill it everywhere. Playtex insulated cups are the only ones I've found that don't leak, love those things!

Agree that playtex are best for preventing leaks. However, my 11 month old hates the hard sippy spout so we use nuby soft spout cups right now. He has started to figure out that he can press on the top and make it leak though. :(

We like foogo and nuby.

Foogo is expensive but converts and the handles come off.
Nuby u have to wash really well I've seen mold get in rubber where the lid attaches.
Nuby was easier as a first cup for us.
