Oil cleansing for the body?

I just starting using the OCM for my face and love it. I'm only a week in, so I'm kind of waiting for the other shoe to drop, but we'll see. I got started on it because I'm very acne prone. I want to use something just as gentle for the breakouts on my body, but didn't know where to start. Help!

I'm thinking... most body acne places (like the back) are hard to reach for massage unless you are unfortunate enough (as I am) to have some pore troubles on your chest. With that in mind, I wonder if soap that has some castor oil in it would be your best and least messy first attempt at replicating the results on your body: http://www.vitacost.com/heritage-pro...astor-oil-soap

Caveat, I've never done the OCM but saw this when I was pricing castor oil. I may want to try OCM in a couple of months when I do some more online supplement orders.

Very interesting! And along the same lines as what I was thinking. I had seen an olive oil soap, but not this. Thanks!!

According to the links in the OCM thread, castor oil is the one that really draws the impurities out, and the other oils you mix in for OCM are more "carriers" and moisturizers, so this castor oil soap made from three oils sounds like a good possibility to me. FWIW, I used body soap that was almost entirely olive oil once before and didn't like it at all.
