I use stevia mainly for sweetening drinks. I like Truvia better than Purevia, if we're talking grocery store brands. Aldi just began carrying a generic, but I haven't tried it. The healthiest one I know of is Stevita Supreme, which mixes the stevia with xylitol. I honestly haven't had any luck baking with any stevia (and I've tried most brands).
