QUICK HELP PLEASE - Instant payment?

Why would you have to pay? Was it sent as goods? I'm probably just confused about what instant payment is. Hopefully someone will help ya out.

Usually a no address connection means they paid using gift/personal which offers no protection and is against DS rules.

No, you ARE supposed to use GOODS!! I think she mis-typed and meant they DIDN'T send as goods :)

Is it possible they used the mobile app to pay? Unless things have changed recently, the buyers address doesn't show up and has to be manually entered-which can leave the seller open for trouble.
