Acne and gender

I'm sure this has probably been asked before. In your experience, has pimples meant you were carrying a boy? I had some acne in the beginning with my daughter but I was so sick I wasn't taking care of my skin, it cleared up in the second trimester and I had great skin until my cycles came back. This pregnancy I'm in the second trimester and still getting large pimples, mostly on my chin which is supposed to be hormonal so I'm thinking boy.

I had hormonal acne on my cheeks bad in the second trimester. U/S says this is a girl.

I have 2 girls and a boy and I had constant nose bleeds with my girls and horrendous acne with my boy. I normally get a pimple here and there but with DS's pregnancy my entire forehead was so covered that it was very painful and I had some temporary scarring.

With both my boys, my face was so clear. With my girl so far, I had horrible skin and hair. This time my skin and hair is so gross, so I think it's a girl. I'll find in February.

I mildly broke out before my BFP with both my kids, then had beautiful skin the rest of the pregnancy. I have one of each.

I always get acne with pregnancy but it is wayyyyy worse this time than with both of my boys and this time it is a girl! Also, I have noticed that my hair is kind of gross. Like if I don't give ti a thorough shampooing every day it is so disgusting looking and greasy feeling. That is something that I've never experienced before.

Acne is more often associated with girls (according to scientific study). I can't find the link to the article I read about it, though. :-/

I get pretty bad acne while pregnant. I have only had boys, so I don't know if it would be worse with a girl.
