gluten free desserts

We have another couple coming over for new years Eve and one of them is gluten intolerant and the only good recipe I've found for dessert so far are buckeye cookies (basically just peanut butter, chocolate, and sugar) but I want to make something else that is yummy and not crumbly (every gf cookie or muffin were really dry and crumbly)

What about meringue cookies? They are just egg whites/sugar and whatever you use to flavor it (I like peppermint ones or chocolate chip cookie flavored (vanilla, cocoa powder, chocolate shavings)

I hasn't thought of that. I'll see what I can find.

Go to gluten free goddess and she had a dessert section on her blog. Her desserts are amazing. The brownies are incredible.
