How did first child's birth weight compare to future children?

I've recently heard that newborn diaps don't fit on 6.5lbs children. Since DS was 8lbs 9oz I guess I was preparing for that again. I hear many moms say "I have Xlbs babies" (usually they've had at least 2) but with only one I'm not sure I can be confident in that.

My first was 8 pounds. Second was 8 lbs 2 oz. third was 8 lbs 10 oz. she was the only one in cloth from newborn, and she wore newborn sizes.

DD1 was 6 lbs 8 oz, DD2 was 7lbs 2 oz, but I did not CD either as infants. Curious to see how big #3 will be!

DS was 8lbs 6oz at 38wks
DD was 7lbs even at 39wks

DS2 was 8oz exactly more than DS1. But he was in utero for 2 weeks and 2 days longer.

DS was 6lbs 12oz
DD was 7lbs 8oz

my first was 6lbs3oz (at 38 weeks) and my 2nd was 7lbs14oz (at 40 weeks)

DS1 was 7 lb 8 oz. DS2 was 7 lb 14 oz. DS3 was 8 lb 4 oz.
DD1 was 7 lb 1 oz at 39wks. DD2 was 6 lb 11 oz at 37wks.

Only the girls were in CDs from birth. Newborn fit for a good long time. I would say 3+ months.

Depends on their gestation. I imagine had I had them all at the exact same point, they would have been likely the same.

39+2 7lbs 4oz
40+1 (but he was born at 5am so I say 40) 7lbs 11oz
40+5 8 lbs 2 oz

Starting from my second baby, all wore nb cloth with no issues. I did start with prefolds and bsww covers.
