Is There a 9 mos Growth Spurt?

My son seems to be constanly nursing or wanting free range to the boob these days. If he does not get it he cries. Is there a GS at this age? He just learned to crawl and got 4 teeth. And is now pulling himself up.

DUHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! :giggle: That makes sense!!! I swear my brain is not there some days. We just added solids at lunch time today. Hopefully that will help too. This will make 2 times per day he gets solids.

There's 3 week and 6 week.

Then, think about clothing sizes. There's a growth spurt at each of the generic clothing sizes. Which is: 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 18 months, 24 months, 3t, etc.

That's why you don't see size 8 month clothing or 5 month clothing. The generic ages refer to the general growth spurts.

Some children spurt a month prior or after, etc. but those are the common spurt months.

Hope that helps!

That makes wonderful sense! Why did I not think of that?
