9 months old, won't nurse
 

Is this a strike maybe? He nursed fine last night, but today it is like he has forgotten how to nurse. He will hover, bite, and pull away. He won't latch on at all. He ate a half a jar of baby food at 10, that is all he has had to eat since he woke up. He is acting hungry, but won't nurse. I think he might be getting teeth (none yet) in, would that matter? Help!

Not sure. My 9 month old has 4 teeth, but seems to go longer between feeding the last 2 days compared to nursing all time prior. I was just gonna post about it.

Well, he is eating fine now. I dunno. He did not want to nurse AT ALL until 11 which skips 1-2 normal feedings.

Mine did that today too. He usually is on the boob all morning or at least once before 11 AM. (6 -7 am then 9-10 am) Around 11 he goes back on to nurse a bit and then nap. It is 1:30 and he was on around 11 for his nap time and still has not asked for a booby which is odd. Maybe they are spreading out their feedings?

Yeah maybe it has to do with their age? It was normal yesterday, but then today, this.

Seriously I feel you. It was normal one day, gone the next here too.

Food will make feeding times seem lots further away aqs food fills them up more for longer.

No solids today yet. I wanted to see if he would nurse more. Nope. I think he is spacing them out or something. He rather play.
