Amnio Today
 

I had my amnio today to make sure this little guys lungs are mature. I am 37 weeks and 3 days today....now I am waiting and seeing. I am having a lot more contractions since then, but not enough to call or to say labor. If the lungs are mature we are planning a Wed induction due to diabetes. Maybe I'll have baby pics soon. I'm off to sew to pass the time!

At 37 and 3, I have a great feeling about your LO's lungs:)

So exciting knowing you will meet your little guy so soon!

They are mature!! Had to wait until and hour ago to find out. The reason they might not have been is that I am diabetic and it can delay lung maturity. I contracted all day from the amnio, but they quit overnight. I go in at 7PM tonight!
