plugged duct?
 

Hi. On sunday, i had horrible pain in my left breast, along with a small red patch. I could be just sitting there and it was throbbing. I could barely touch it and could feel more pain. I have no fever and it is not warm. The pain is gone, except in this one spot and that is only when i press it. The red spot has grown too. But my breast feels normal, for the most part. What i am concerned about is the length of time i have had it. I have had it since sunday. One website said it takes 48 hrs. Another said 2 weeks. Should i be going to a doctor? Thank you
