Is this a period already ( after a loss)
 

I first started spotting about Jan 11th, miscarried on the 21st. I was about 9 weeks, 5 days along

I bled for less than 2 weeks, got sticky fertile discharge on the 5th and started bleeding a bit again today, it's dark brown to red.

That's about 29 days since I first started brown spotting, and 18 days since the actual "delivery" of my bean. my cycles are normally bang on 26 days long.

Is this a period already?? Does the spotting at the beginning of my loss count as a start to my cycle?

FWIW I have been drinking raspberry leaf tea for about a week now, 1 cup a day.

My m/c cycle was 36 days and 3 weeks of that was bleeding, the next was 30.

It sounds like it. Mine returned very quickly after loss too.

I guess I just wait and see if it gets heavier.... I kinda hope it is, it's the last thing that has to happen to get me back to normal. getting everything back to a normal routine was most likely the only thing that helped me hold it together after the loss.
