Contacting a member who's Inbox is full?

Is there another way to contact someone besides Inbox message? I was replying to a PM re: a Paypal refund from a few days ago but it says the member's Inbox is full. Now what??

contact admin...they can pm them :)

or contact them via their pp email address

Send them a visitors message telling them their inbox is full. It will alert them like a pm.
