4 year old suddenly wet every night?

DD had been having a few accidents a week, so we started pull ups. For the next 2 months she had maybe 2 accidents and was very upset about it. Now every single night for the past 2 weeks she is wetting. Of course pedi says it's normal to still be wetting, but to stop and start? Is this some sort of subconscious regression? She has a 4 month old sister.

Could be a lot of things. My oldest isn't night trained but he will do the same thing. Sometimes he wakes up dry for a long time and then he'll have nights where he pees so much it leaks through his pull-up. I figure it's because he's had more to drink or we forgot to remind him to go potty before bed.

Often, it's brought on by stress. You usually notice this more in school age kids who are feeling stressed about work at school, or something coming up that they need to improve on. But perhaps she's overthinking something?

Also, when it's cold, we tend to sleep harder, and kids will dream they are on the toilet and then wet the bed.

Possibly, she's just getting lazy, because she has the pullup on. Why get out of a warm bed if you have that backup?

She is starting school this fall and we are moving soon. We have talked to her about both, maybe we need to help her process some anxiety better....

My niece is doing the same thing after being dry all night for a long time. If you get any answers, I'd be curious to hear. I too wondered if it was stress. My brother (her dad) also wonders if there could even be something physical.
