GV covers and PF's (sizing question)
Question for the tri-folders: do you size down?
I have a very wiry little girl (and a heavy wetter at that). She's currently sitting at the M snap setting on her Hybrid cover with the waist tabs touching (she's 31" & 21#'s). I tried using the GV cover with a Flip Organic (now overnight) insert but the Flip is actually a hair bulky (particularly wide between the legs) and just fits lengthwise - if I open the cover all the way (and then I get leg opening gaps). I purchased some prepped, EEUC Size 3 GroVia PF's here from a sweet mama, choosing the size based on GroVia's suggested ranges. I did notice that GroVia suggests both tri-folding and wrapping/securing for using their PF's ... so when the PF's arrived in the mail today, I wasn't altogether surprised that they were much too long to use as a tri-fold insert at the M setting in DD2's GV covers. I've been measuring her cover (laid flat) and I keep getting the idea that I should size down? :headscratch: So a size 2 for the GV PF ... or smalls in Babykicks or Sloomb, for instance? |

Yes, on the middle rise setting you would want the Size 2 GroVia Bamboo Prefolds if trifolding! http://www.gro-via.com/grovia-prefolds.html

Interested to hear about the babykicks sizing. I am using grovia cover on the middle snap rise for my son as well.
