Ham Assistance Needed, please
I am cooking a shank bone in ham (half, I think?) It came with a lovely instruction label that told me to cook at 350 for 18 mins per pound, so I am doing that. I misplaced this label though so I cannot remember the internal temperature it told me to check. Googling is not helping me today, everyone says something different!
Can someone please solve my ham dilemma? What is the needed internal temperature?
