Prenatal Yoga for Sciatic Pain?

I've heard that some yoga stretches can be really helpful for sciatic pain, and I wondered if anyone had a good resource with directions on what to do and how to do it. I came across a link on Pinterest that had a whole list of stretches, but it just listed their names, and I'm not familiar enough with yoga to know what they're talking about.
Do you know of a site with helpful info, or could you recommend a prenatal DVD that you love?

I don't know anything about yoga stretches, but just doing pelvic rocks helped me out a lot.

I'm not sure about yoga either but look up piriformis stretch and do that. Also, sitting on a birthing ball instead of chairs or couches. Using impeccable posture helps too. I've been seeing a chiropractor who helps a lot too. Massage has been a huge relief. I have been on bed rest due to lower back pain and si joint issues since 14 weeks pregnant (I'm now 27 weeks) I'm sorry you are having issues. :( hopefully some of these suggestions help you as much as they've helped me.

Here are several, some you wont be able to do since your belly will be in the way but they should help somewhat. The chiro really helped keep mine from getting too bad.

Thanks for the suggestions ladies! I know my posture isn't super great - I always sit with my legs crossed, or pulled up to my chest. I've been doing a prenatal DVD that includes a number of stretches that are supposed to be helpful, but they're not quite kicking the problem. I heard that yoga was supposed to be good, though, so I thought maybe that would be the extra boost I needed.
I should probably head back to the chiropractor too.
