Would you use Frozen or canned peaches? obviously fresh isn't an option at the moment. :drif:

Frozen. Canned I'd suspect would turn to mush immediately but I've used frozen with great success.

Both work. Canned does not get mushy. you just have to drain them well. We usually use canned.

I've used both. They are both fine, just drain them well. I use the juice for the liquid in my biscuit topping.

We've always used canned and topped with yellow cake mix, butter, and cinnamon. It's even better if you mix in a can of cherry pie filling. SO unhealthy but really delicious!

LOL - I just made some tonight before I saw this thread. I used canned peaches, drained and tossed with vanilla and brown sugar, then topped with pancake mix blended with buttermilk. Came out lovely!

We use canned. I like making the pioneer woman one with the maple cream sauce, soooo yummy!
